When configuring Rovo Agents, you can link to multiple channels, such as the JSM portal.

Anyway, portal-only customers can't use the Rovo widget, so it would be nice to make that clear while users are configuring the Agents.

To avoid confusion, we could add a warning that only users with at least one App access (license) can use Rovo on those channels
