Issue Summary

Rovo Chat and agents intermittently return incorrectly formatted responses

This occurs only when using Atlassian hosted LLM

Steps to Reproduce

1. Prompt Rovo Chat or agent "write an update about my week'

Expected Results

     2. Rovo returns the response with relevant data and proper formatting 

Actual Results

     2. Rovo returns a response that contains text with encoding which breaks the formatting and makes the response difficult to read

Workaround

Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
