Allow admins to detect, record, and track prompt injection attacks

      Problem Definition

      Currently, it's not possible for admins to detect, record, and track prompt injection attacks in a way that is visible and auditable by admins.

      Suggested Solution

      Include prompt injection attacks in the audit log.

      Workaround

      Currently, there's no workaround for this.
