Some of the Sharepoint sites are setup to be hosted under a Customer Domain, instead of the default *.sharepoint.com. This caused Smartlink resolution to fail due to it unable to be identified as Sharepoint site, which in turns causes other Rovo features to fail, including

1. The 'Summarize' feature for each 3P search results, in Rovo Search
2. The links sent as part of Rovo Chat prompt for the document to be used as grounding doc

In both cases the document are not recognized by Rovo and its content fail to be retrieved.
