Issue Summary

When Atlassian hosted LLM is enabled for your sites(s), the debug logging will show the wrong Language Model ID. 

Steps to Reproduce

1. Engage in a chat with an agent within your site
2. After any prompt click the debug button {  }
3. You'll be presented with debug data

Expected Results

Show the correct Language Model which is used for the prompt

Actual Results

Shows the Language Model ID which a non-Atlassian hosted LLM site would use
