Problem

Rovo access is currently limited to users with Jira or Confluence licenses. This blocks many employees from using Rovo, even though their work and company data span multiple systems, and they would benefit from Rovo for cross-system knowledge discovery and agent-assisted workflows.

 

User story

As an employee who does not use Jira or Confluence, I want access to:

• Rovo Search and Rovo Chat — to quickly find and understand work information across the systems my company use.

• Rovo Agents and Studio — to use and build agents that automate my workflows between these systems.

 

Request

Enable Rovo access for employees without Jira/Confluence licenses so they can search, chat, and build agents to find and learn about work data across all systems, and automate workflows between these systems.
