Issue Summary

At the moment both Rovo Agents and Rovo Chat are not able to read file contents of Sharepoint resources.

This is inconsistent with Rovo Search, which searches SharePoint resources based on their file contents. 

For agents, we support selecting SharePoint as a knowledge source. That implies that agents should be able to search SharePoint file content.

Actual behaviour

The SearchTool is able to read SharePoint file metadata (e.g. filename), but not file contents.

Expected behaviour

The SearchTool when invoked via agents or chat is able to search SharePoint file contents.
