At the moment, when connecting Google Drive to Rovo, indexes are created for all users’ My Drive content in the Workspace. Administrators have no way to control or restrict which My Drives are indexed.

Since billing is based on the number of indexes created, this behavior has a serious cost impact. In our Workspace, there are many users for whom My Drive indexing is not necessary (or even desirable), yet their content is still automatically indexed and counted toward our bill.

To address this, we would like to request additional configuration options for the Google Drive integration in Rovo.

Requested Features:

1. Ability to globally exclude all My Drive content from indexing

1. Ability to select which users’ My Drives are indexed
