Issue Summary

Sometimes, there is truncated response from a Rovo Agent. The behaviour is also inconsistent. Most of the time the agent works fine, but some times there are wildly different results from the same Agent (response has truncated text - not full response).

Steps to Reproduce

This is not easy to reproduce, since it happens only sometimes.

1. Create an agent with the following actions configured (Edit work item, Add comment on work item)
2. Set up some complex instructions for the Agent to generate data.
3. Ask the Agent a query that requires use of the actions (e.x. Content Read).

Expected Results

Agent should always provide complete response.

Actual Results

Agent provides truncated/incomplete response and stops in between.

Workaround

Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available. 

Potential solution would be to tweak agent prompt and ask it to avoid too many `White Spaces` in response.
