Issue Summary

Rovo currently cannot see the labels on a Confluence page.  It would be useful for Rovo to have access to these labels.  They could be used to drive the behavior of the agent, such as branching between multiple possible sets of instructions.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Ask Rovo to get the labels for the page, on a page which has labels.

Expected Results

Rovo lists the labels for the page.

Actual Results

Rovo says there are no labels on the page.

Workaround

Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available.
