Issue Summary

When asking Rovo Chat to return the "Request Type" field, it doesn't consistently return the correct data

Steps to Reproduce

1. Prompt Rovo Chat to show you the Request Type of any JSM work item
   • Request Type of <work_item_key>
   • Request Type of this ticket <work_item_key>
   • what is the request type key=<work_item_key>

Expected Results

Rovo Chat returns with the correct data

Actual Results

Rovo Chat is not able to give you the right information

Workaround

Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
