Issue Summary

Currently, there is no possible options to be able to sort/reorder Rovo Agents, or to filter agents under 'Browse Agents' – under Atlassian Studio, or when browsing agents under Rovo Chat.

The only available workaround currently is to mark them as "Favourites" so they appear in the Favourites bar for quicker access.

It would be very helpful to have the ability to manually reorder or set priority levels for Rovo Agents. This would improve usability and efficiency for teams managing multiple agents.
