Issue Summary

Currently, when a user attempts to add a PDF attachment containing images to Rovo AI, the system fails to process these images, resulting in an "unsupported file type" error. This limitation impacts the user experience, as customers expect Rovo AI to read and interpret all content within a PDF, including embedded images.

Suggestion:

We propose enhancing Rovo AI’s capabilities to process and read images embedded in PDF attachments. By implementing this feature, Rovo AI will be able to fully interpret PDFs containing both text and images, providing a more comprehensive response to user queries and improving overall functionality and user satisfaction.
