      Issue Summary

Customers that have big pages are being impacted when AI definition is enabled. For some customers, pages are not loading at all or takes up several minutes until it finally loads.

      Steps to Reproduce

      1. Create a big page (using tables might help)
      2. Enable the AI definition
      3. Try opening that page. It takes several minutes to load, or it won't load at all

      Expected Results

Page loads fine and AI definition is underlined to relevant words.

      Actual Results

Page takes an excessive amount of time to load, or it doesn't finish loading at all, and so you can't navigate through the page.

      Workaround

Enabling the "Don’t recommend definitions at all" option will disable the AI definition for pages and the page should load faster.
The "Don’t recommend definitions at all" option is a user setting, so each Confluence user would need to enable this option individually as a workaround.
