      Problem Definition

      When onboarding Rovo app in Slack, service accounts are not supported to be used as the Bot account.

      Service accounts are used by organisations to limit unnecessary billing costs related to normal user account.

      Suggested Solution

      Allow the use of service accounts as Bot account when onboarding Rovo app in Slack. 

      Workaround

      Use a managed account that is not used by any user and created only for this purpose.
