Please provide an option for administrators to configure the retention period for Rovo chat history, instead of the current fixed 30-day period. 

Background

• Currently, Rovo chat logs are retained for 30 days by default and are automatically deleted after this period.

• There is no way for administrators to change this retention period (e.g., to shorten it to 14 days or extend it).
