Current State:
Currently, the chat option is labeled “Support” by default, and there is no way for users or administrators to change this label.
The default “Support” label may not accurately reflect the purpose of the chat for all teams or organizations. For example, some may want to use the chat for “Sales,” “Customer Success,” “IT Helpdesk,” or other functions. The inability to rename the chat option can cause confusion for end users and limits the flexibility of the chat feature.

Proposed Future State:
- Add a setting that allows administrators to edit the name of the chat option.
- The default value should remain “Support,” but it should be easily customizable via UI.
- The new name should be reflected wherever the chat option appears to end users.
