Currently, the chat option on the Jira Service Management (JSM) portal opens by default when users access the portal. This can be intrusive and may disrupt the user experience.
Modify the behavior of the chat option so that it does not open automatically by default. Instead, the chat window should only open when the user explicitly clicks on the chat icon
