Enable administrators to view and aggregate 'Good response' and 'Bad response' feedback in Rovo Chat

      It would be great if we could add a feature to Rovo Chat that allows administrators to view and aggregate the number of clicks and feedback content for the 'Good response' and 'Bad response' buttons displayed under each answer. This functionality should be accessible via the admin screen or through an API. Ideally, it should allow exporting or viewing the total counts and feedback details for each answer, enabling teams to analyze answer quality and improve user satisfaction.
