      User Problem

      The current implementation of Definitions in Jira and Confluence allows all users with access to the site to store new definitions as well as editing existing ones.

      Suggested Solutions

      • Provide site or org admins with the ability to centrally manage Definitions on behalf of users
      • Provide the ability for end users to provide feedback on existing Definitions as well as the ability to recommend new ones

      Current Workarounds

      None, Definitions are either "on" or "off", if enabled Definitions can be modified by anyone with access to the site or product
