      Summary:
      A configurable banner at the top of the Rovo Agent when a user is chatting with the agent.

       

      Why this is needed:

      The person who creates/edits an agent can configure a banner to indicate the features the agent supports. For example the agent could indicate:

      "This agent is unable to add items to sprint"

      "This agent is unable to create issues in XYZ project" 

      "This agent does not have access to any confluence knowledge"
