Enhance Rovo Chat for the ability to return comment text.

      At this time, it is not possible to return the text from an issue comment in JIRA when using Rovo Chat. 

       

      Rovo Chat will attempt to return the text, but then imply there is no text available. 

       

      This ticket is in place to track this new feature for Rovo Chat.
