Problem description
When interacting with Rovo Agents through Rovo Chat, users have the ability to create work items, pages, or other actions after confirming their intent to the Rovo Agent via Rovo Chat.
When trying to replicate the same behavior, employing the Rovo Agent to automate tasks using Automation rules, the tasks that require confirmation may present unexpected behavior where the smartValue agentResponse may log that the Rovo Agent successfully performed the action without any real change in the environment.
This happens because Rovo Agent interactions that need confirmation cannot be confirmed via Automation rules, and the Rovo Agent response doesn't reflect its full interaction with the system, leading to outcomes similar to hallucinations.
Suggested Solutions
Enable Rovo Agents to be fully used with Automation rules, creating a configuration that automatically confirms actions whenever required or bypasses the requirement for confirmations, ensuring Rovo Agents can create items via Automation rules.
Current Workarounds
There's no available workaround to this as of now.
