Issue Summary

When using the below prompt to ask Rovo Chat to 

Steps to Reproduce

1. Find a Jira work item with a comment, or add a comment to any work item. 
2. In Rovo Chat, send the below prompt:

   Can you show me the last comment on <URL of work item from Step #1>
   

Expected Results

Rovo Chat returns the latest comment. 

Actual Results

Rovo Chat says there's a comment, but it was empty. 

Example:

The last comment on <Jira work item> was made by <user> on <date>, but the comment text is empty. 

Workaround

• Use any custom Rovo Agent instead of Rovo Chat. Using the same prompt, the latest comment will show up correctly.
• Using Rovo Chat, phrase the prompt like below and it will return the comment. 

  • Read the contents of <Jira work item URL> and tell me the latest comment
