Currently, Rovo Agents can only be deleted if they are no longer needed. There is no option to temporarily disable an agent; deletion is permanent and removes all associated configurations.

Introduce an option to disable unwanted or outdated Rovo Agents. This would allow users to deactivate agents without deleting them, similar to how Jira Automation rules can be disabled. The disabled agents should remain available for future reactivation or reference, providing more flexibility in agent management.
