Issue Summary

Customers using the Rovo are unable to copy and paste the entire content of Atlassian support pages into Confluence. The agent encounters errors or only retrieves partial content, suggesting possible access restrictions or limitations in the agent’s capabilities.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Open Rovo Chat or Agent.

1. Attempt to copy the entire content of a support page.

1. Paste the content into Confluence.

1. Observe errors or incomplete content.

Expected Results

The Rovo Agent should be able to copy and paste the full content of Atlassian support pages into Confluence without errors or manual steps.

Actual Results

The agent fails to retrieve the full content and requiring manual copying.

Workaround

Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
