Org Admin's should be able to access/download user chat history

      As an org admin, I should be able to fetch user ROVO chat conversation for auditing purpose.

      Update:

      Org admin (customer) needs to download ROVO chat data for managed corporate users (belongs to verified domain email). As org admin company owns verified domain corporate users so there will be no data privacy concern occur when implementing this feature
