Problem description

As seen on Connect Monday to Rovo, Atlassian allows our customers to connect their Monday.com tenants to Atlassian Cloud so we can read their data and give these users a consolidated place to check for information via Rovo Search or Rovo Chat.

However, when trying to look for Monday.com content, odd behaviors may be noticed, such as Rovo Chat being unable to retrieve content based on keywords or other usually expected queries not returning anything on Rovo Chat.

Rovo Search should be working as expected based on the keyword search.

Suggested solution

Allow Rovo Chat to interact with contents from Monday.com by enabling Agents to consider data from that datasource to provide responses. 

Workaround

There currently no available workaround, monday.com data can't be used by Rovo Chat.
