Current situation:

For certain prompts, Rovo recommends individuals based on information gleaned from linked applications, such as onboarding tickets. However, the suggested individuals may currently be inactive within the system.

Proposal:
Improve Rovo's functionality by implementing a cross-verification of employee status with the Atlassian user directory prior to recommending them as a response in the chat.
