Issue Summary

Rovo Chat is able to search the web when the 'Web Search' button is used.

This was delivered in ROVO-42

But now, it looks like feature is not working

Steps to Reproduce

1. Go to Rovo Chat
2. Type a question you know will require a web search. For example 'What is the longest word in the english language?"
3. Select the web search option and Submit the question in the chat.

Expected Results

Chat will respond with an answer and a set of reference links from Web

Actual Results

There is a generic answer and no web links

Workaround

Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
