Problem description

When configuring Rovo Agents or using the default Rovo Agents, end-users may get inconsistent results when asking about the Project Leads of their Jira Projects. 

Even after tailoring instructions or prompts following the guidelines below, we still don't present the expected results:

• Restrict knowledge sources for Rovo Agents
• Best practices for Rovo Agents instructions
• Rovo in Jira Automations 

  Suggested solution

Allow Rovo Agents to retrieve data about Project Details, including Project Lead data.

Workaround

There's currently no native way to support that attribute via Rovo Agents; however, if combined with Jira Automation rules, one can retrieve the value project.lead.displayName and combine with Rovo Agents prompts to ensure the data is consistent.
