Issue Summary

A duplicated agent doesn't inherit configurations - instruction, knowledge, conversation starters and action, from the source agent. It creates an empty agent

Steps to Reproduce

1. Create an agent with some instruction, knowledge, actions and conversation starters
2. Click on ... next to the agent and then select *Duplicate

Expected Results

The agent is created with configuration inherited from the source agent

Actual Results

The agent is created without any configuration inherited from the source agent

Workaround

Navigate to General under Configuration before clicking on Activate
