Problem description

Rovo should be available to all Atlassian Cloud instances, and with that, a collection of different features. One of them is the Out-of-the-box Rovo Agents, a suite of different Agents tailored to different tasks. Atlassian saw these as default tasks that are part of the broader audience of Atlassian customers. 

However, for an unknown reason, sometimes these default OOTB Rovo Agents are not properly provisioned. 

Suggested solution

Provide a way to provision these OOTB Rovo Agents ad-hoc, after the site creation, whenever needed. 

Workaround

Reach Atlassian Support, which will escalate the matter to engineering for ad-hoc provisioning of all agents.
