Issue Summary

Atlassian has a collection of Rovo Agents that are usually created as soon as a new Rovo Instance is provisioned, as seen here -> Out of the box Rovo Agents.

However, there may be instances where these agents were deleted, or never have been provisioned from the start, and customers need them. 

Current Behaviour

Once deleted, or simply not provisioned, these Rovo Agents can't get recreated via self-service. 

Expected Behaviour

Allow customers to reprovision these Rovo Agents automatically, without the need to reach out to Atlassian Support

Workaround

Contact Atlassian Support and request that they reprovision OOTB agents, informing the URL to the site.
