Issue Summary
In Rovo Studio, it is not possible to view Jira projects in the dropdown list for configuration as a knowledge source for a new Rovo agent though the IP Allowlist is restricted exclusively to the Confluence application within the organization.
Steps to Reproduce
- As org admin, log into the Atlassian admin hub.
- Navigate to; Security > IP allowlists
- Click on Create allowlist
- Enter the required field values; Name & IP addresses and select Applies to Confluence application.
- Go to Rovo Studio
- Select Agents
- Click on create button under Rovo Agent & select Skip to manual setup.
- From the left panel select knowledge under configuration
- Select Add knowledge under custom knowledge
- Select Jira
- In the dropdown you see empty Jira projects list though Jira projects exists and you have access to those Jira Projects.
Expected Results
- The expected result is to display the list of Jira projects in the dropdown list within the Jira application to which the user has access.
Actual Results
- Can't view Jira projects in the dropdown list for configuration as a knowledge source for a new Rovo agent though the IP Allowlist is restricted exclusively to the Confluence application.
Workaround
Add the public IP address of the organization's admin system to the IP allowlist for those attempting to configure Jira projects as a knowledge source while setting up a new Rovo agent in the Studio.
