Current Behaviour:

Rovo Chat/Agent currently are not able to look into the attachments that are added to the Jira issue or comments. For example, if you expect Rovo to summarise a Jira issue you would want it also consider the content from the attachment so that the results are accurate.

Expected Behaviour:

Rovo Chat/Agent is not able to check the content from the Jira issue attachments.
