When asking a Rovo chat to perform an action, disable the confirm button.

      User Problem

      Currently, when asking Rovo Chat to perform an action. Such as adding a comment to a Jira work item. After asking Chat to perform the action; Chat will notify that it was successfully added. However the comment will not be added until the user clicks "Confirm" in the UI.

      This second confirmation might not be necessary as we have already asked Chat to perform the action.

      Suggested Solutions

      There should be an org level setting or site setting for disabling the "Confirm" button in the UI and have Rovo Chat perform actions as asked.

      There are no current workarounds available.
