If a user searches for content which is in a Loom comment Rovo should be able to search and find that content, and then show a link to the video in Search results

Then, Loom comments should also be made available to Rovo Chat and Agents

This should adhere to all permissions (i.e. I should not be able to search for comments on videos I don't have access to)
