Summary:

We don't support the problem ticket search today in any of our plugins. We do support problem ticket suggestion (Identify recurring incident), but the same plugin can't search for problem tickets that already exist and hence cannot create based on the same.

Expected Result:

1. Implement a feature that allows users to search for incidents linked to specific problem tickets.

1. Maintain the functionality that allows the user to create a new ticket if one does not exist.
