Issue Summary

The Issue Organiser Agent will occasionally prompt users to update or alter descriptions of eipcs or issues to best match the work at hand. However, the issue organiser isn't able to update epic descriptions and this is causing confusion for some users.

Expected Results

The agent is able to update a description on an Epic or issue.

Actual Results

The agent responds that it is unable to update and that there was an issue, and attempts to fix the description.

I attempted to update the description of Epic KAN-2 to "Testing this description update," but it seems there was an issue with the update process. The current description remains unchanged.
