User Problem

Rovo Agents can be equipped with the ability to search Slack as a Knowledge Source. However, Rovo Agents must search Slack with a search term in mind. It is not possible to search Slack by time, e.g. "retrieve the latest messages about X" or "retrieve the latest messages from Channel X".

Suggested Solutions

Allow Rovo Agents to decide whether to perform a time series query over Slack data from user prompts.

Alternatively, allow Rovo Agent creators to control whether Rovo Agents can perform time series queries when connecting Slack as a Knowledge Source for their agent

There is no workaround currently. This feature request will be updated when one is available.
