While Rovo Agents can be prompted to follow a structured process (like guiding a user through a long questionnaire, registration form, etc), the results can be inconsistent as the Agent is not required to follow that process and may deviate from the task through genuine responses from end users.

Suggested Solutions

Allow Rovo Agent creators to specify steps that the Rovo Agent must take and not deviate from, regardless of user response.

Current Workarounds

• Creating a Rovo Agent on Forge gives you the power of a full programming language to control your Rovo Agent.
• Jira Automations can use Rovo Agents and, while not providing a Rovo Chat-like experience, may allow you to integrate Rovo into your process if you envision it through a Jira work item.
