Problem Statement

Currently, users are limited to a predefined set of options in the Confluence search quick filters. Even after connecting several Rovo Connectors. There is no clear way to add more third-party apps to the quick menu, which limits the flexibility and usefulness of the search experience.

Technical Details

• Customer has connected several Rovo Connectors.
• Only Jira and Confluence are currently available in the quick filters.
• Customer is requesting to add more third-party apps to the quick menu in search.

 

Proposed Solution

 
Allow third-party apps—such as those connected via Rovo—to be added as search quick filters by supporting them as search providers, and ensuring connected apps automatically appear as filter options in the search menu.
