      User Problem

Currently, when the SharePoint connector is configured for Rovo, it requires the right to read all sites.

While it is possible to blocklist SharePoint sites on the Rovo side, it is not possible to control which SharePoint sites are exposed to Rovo on the SharePoint side.

UPDATE: Note that blocklisting SharePoint sites is currently not possible, refer to this community article for updates (this feature request will be updated as well when this is fully rolled out)

Note: As of 5/23/25 at 6:30 PM PST this feature is unavailable, we will update as soon as it is online again, thank you for your patience!

      Suggested Solutions

Allow the SharePoint side to control what SharePoint sites Rovo is able to see at all.
