Users are experiencing inconsistent responses from Rovo Chat when asking about CCI parameters related to TBFO. While Rovo occasionally provides correct answers, it often fails to retrieve relevant information, stating it cannot find any data. This issue affects all users and occurs at all times, indicating a potential problem with document availability or query specificity.
 

Steps to Reproduce

1. Log into the Rovo chat interface.
2. Enter the query: 'What are the CCI parameters for TBFO'.
3. Observe the responses provided by Rovo.
4. Note that sometimes Rovo provides correct answers, while at other times it states it cannot find any information.
    

Expected Results

The expected result is for Rovo to reliably return accurate and relevant information for the given query every time

Actual Results

• When users query Rovo chat for "What are the CCI parameters for TBFO," the responses are inconsistent.
