User Problem
Currently, when we enable Atlassian Intelligence in a site, the AI features of Rovo are also activated in the site. There is no way to individually enable Atlassian Intelligence and Rovo(the AI features, such as chat, agents, etc.) in a site.
Suggested Solution
Separate the enabling options for Atlassian Intelligence and Rovo. Or, provide the admins with a separate option to enable Rovo's AI-driven features.
