Fix as of 11/27 from f8b317fc373e from Rovo Team. 

This has been fixed. If a user has access to a Rovo-tenanted site, Rovo in App Switcher will send directly to Rovo Search in Atlassian Home. If a user doesn't have access, they will be directed to WAC 'Try Now' page.

Issue Summary

Clicking Rovo for an org in the app switcher redirects to https://www.atlassian.com/software/rovo and does not open the Rovo Search

Steps to Reproduce

1. Enable Rovo for your org and activate it on a site
2. Go to any Atlassian Cloud site and click the app switcher in top left corner
3. Select your organization > site and click on Rovo

Expected Results

You are redirected to https://home.atlassian.com/o/selected-org-ID/rovo?cloudId=selected-cloud-ID

• Able to use Rovo search

Actual Results

You are redirected to a few sites and eventually land on https://www.atlassian.com/software/rovo

• Rovo search does not open

Workaround

Go to the site you want to use Rovo on and click Chat in the top right (near profile icon)
