Summary

Currently, adding definitions in Confluence is a manual process that requires users to add each definition individually through a page's view mode. This feature request proposes the implementation of a bulk addition capability to streamline the process, saving time and effort for users managing large sets of definitions.

Suggestion for Implementation: 

Introduce a feature in the Confluence admin panel that allows for adding definitions globally either through a global option on UI or through a CSV upload. The system should parse the info and automatically add the definitions to the Rovo database, with options to set visibility and scope (e.g., site-wide, space-specific).
