Support reading Jira custom fields in Rovo Chat and Rovo Agents

      Issue Summary

      At the moment Rovo Chat or Rovo Agents dont respond well when custom fields are referenced in user queries. But custom fields are a major part of how Jira is used and its critical that Rovo is able to reference and search based on custom fields correctly. 

      Suggestion

      Support Jira custom fields in Rovo functionality.
