      Issue Summary

      Jira plugin with high number of issues and the hydration performs slow and hence causing Rovo to take longer time to respond.

      Steps to Reproduce

      Attempt to use Rovo with a simple prompt that typically should execute quickly.

      Observe the response time - it should take around 25 seconds.

      Expected Results

      Rovo should be able to ~5 seconds for simple prompts

      Actual Results

      Rovo takes ~25 seconds for simple prompts
